For this dinner, chef Uelese Mua created a menu that showcased traditional Samoan cusine whilst reimagining it in a contemporary, fine dining context. 

Uelese (Wallace) Mua is the Head Chef at Auckland's iconic Euro restaurant. Since joining Euro, Mua has revitalised the menu to critical acclaim, drawing on his Samoan roots to highlight Polynesian flavours, art, and culture. Prior to Euro, Mua was the youngest executive chef at Fish, Hilton's in-house restaurant, and has cheffed in France as well as at Soul Bar and Bistro.
