Sefton Rani, his family, friends and Gate patrons gathered at Parehuia to celebrate the end of a wonderful three months in residence. Sefton worked with close friend and renowned chef Volker Marecek on this event. Together, they designed a sumptuous bespoke menu that showcased local and seasonal produce.
